On 18 May 2014, I spoke in a debate on Palestine and Israel. It was organised by the Jewish youth organisation Habonim Dror, and held at the Albow Centre which houses the Cape Town Holocaust Centre. The debate was with Ben Levitas (chair of the SA Zionist Federation’s Cape Council) and Richard Mendelsohn (UCT professor specialising in Jewish history). Max Price (UCT Vice-Chancellor) was in the chair.
